In the mining warehouse the camera started recording because it sensed motion. It turns out that the power cord for the Antminer s9 power supply melted and caught on fire. Do not use cheap power cords for your miners that are constantly drawing power and heat.
The PSU still worked but the cord was melted. As you can see from the picture below the case / fan area is charred and I did not feel safe using it again.
